Thanks Emona - tried to capture the feel of the industrial areas that surround NYC. If I could add the element of smell I think that would help!

my first car - a 2 stroke Saab! But I had a parking permit at QC, got it while working at the bookstore!

Steve -- The more I look at this pic, the more I get homesick. I think I used to drive one of those cars. Actually, my uncle gave me an eleven-year-old Pontiac -- my very first car -- when I was a junior at Q.C. It had the old-style leaf springs and they broke when I shot over a pothole. After that, I spent a year riding around and bouncing along several feet into the air like the proverbial "beaner" car. It cut down on backseat riders and I became the only Jewish "low rider." BTW, I didn't know you were also into photography, those pics of the old World's Fair ground are very nice and vibrant. Great work.
